Bookings, accommodation and logistics

Enriterra accompanies you through the whole process, from start to finish. Once your place is confirmed, we’ll guide you step by step on what to do and when: we’ll give you all the accommodation details so you can book directly with the venue, and we’ll already have contacted them beforehand to let them know about the activity and pass on participants’ names. You’re never on your own in the process: if any question comes up before, during or after the activity, we’re here.

No. Enriterra is a mountain guiding company, not a travel agency, and we don’t sell package holidays. Our job is to design, plan and guide your experience.

Because we want to keep a transparent, legal relationship with every provider. We handle all the coordination — choosing the places, blocking spots, resolving questions — but payment happens directly between you and the accommodation.

We find the provider, request quotes and coordinate the schedule. The service is billed directly to participants — either everyone pays their share, or one person in the group handles it and splits it afterward.

Safety always comes first. If weather or terrain conditions require it, we adapt the itinerary or schedule — that’s part of the flexibility we already apply to all our commitments. We let you know as far in advance as possible.

It depends on the activity: each route or trek states its level of physical demand and technical difficulty on its own page, so you can choose the experience that best fits you.

You can sign up on your own without any problem: most participants do, and the group forms on the day. We also welcome closed groups of friends or family who want to do the outing together.

Once your place is confirmed we’ll give you a detailed gear list based on the activity and time of year. As a general rule: broken-in mountain footwear, layered clothing, and protection against rain and sun.

Yes. We design tailor-made outings for companies and private groups — tell us what you’re after (team building, disconnecting, a specific challenge…) and we’ll propose an experience adapted to you.
